Tony Wang is an Engineer at Amgen's Rhode Island facility. He is part of the Process & Systems Analysis group in the Rhode Island Process Development Department. He has been supporting the Real-Time Multivariate Statistical Process Monitoring (RT-MSPM) project deployed at Rhode Island and is also involved in advancing the Process Analytical Technology (PAT) initiatives at Amgen.
Tony's Master degree focused on examining neural stem cell growth behaviours during scale-up. Upon graduation, he joined Amgen in 2006. In the past 5 years, Tony not only supported the RT-MSPM and PAT projects, he was also heavily engaged in various vendor collaborations aimed at improving raw material variability as well as facility optimization and support projects in the Engineering Department.
